Operations Scan: £1,200, two weeks, one automation shipped
Automation Sprint: £8,000 to 15,000, 30-45 days, 2-4 workflows

01 Why the prices are public

Most automation and AI shops run the same play: free consultation, then a quote sized to what they think you'll pay. You spend an hour explaining your business to get a number with no anchor.

That number moves depending on how the call went, how big your office looks, how you answered "what's your budget." You can't compare it to anything because nobody else's price is public either.

Here the price is set before the call. You read it, you decide if the scope fits, you book if it does. The 20-minute call is for scoping the work, not negotiating the rate.

02 The three tiers

Three fixed offers. Each has a defined scope, a defined price, and a defined end point.

  • Operations Scan: £1,200 fixed. Two weeks. I map your back-office workflows and ship one working automation before the two weeks are up. Not a slide deck of ideas, a running automation. Includes: process mapping, one automation built and deployed, a written list of the next highest-value candidates. Excludes: any software licenses (you pay the vendor directly), and buildout of items beyond the one automation.
  • Automation Sprint: £8,000-15,000 fixed scope. 30-45 days. 2-4 workflows built and handed over, with the success measure (hours saved per week) written into the agreement before work starts. Includes: build, testing, handover documentation, training for your team on the new workflow. Excludes: licenses, and anything outside the agreed workflow list. New scope discovered mid-sprint becomes a separate priced change order, not a silent expansion.
  • Operations Partner: from £1,500 per month. 3-month minimum. One new workflow automated each month, plus a monthly report showing hours returned to your team. Includes: ongoing build capacity, monitoring of what's already shipped, monthly reporting. Excludes: licenses. Capped at eight clients at a time, so the monthly workflow commitment stays real.

03 How the Scan credit works

The Scan fee is 100% credited against a Sprint if you sign within 60 days of the Scan ending. You're not paying twice to move from diagnosis to build. If you don't move to a Sprint, you keep the automation the Scan shipped and the fee stands on its own. It already bought you a working piece of software, not a report.

04 Who this is not for

This is built for operations with real back-office load: roughly five or more staff-equivalents doing manual admin, data entry, reconciliation, or reporting work. Below that size the fixed-scope math doesn't pencil out for either of us.

It's also not a fit if what you want is a bargain-bin chatbot bolted onto your website. That's a different category of work with a different pricing model, and it's not what these tiers are scoped for. If that's your need, say so on the call and I'll point you elsewhere.

05 What happens after you book

You book the 20-minute call. No homework, no deck to prepare, just three quick questions when you book (which systems you run, how many people, what hurts most), so the call starts at diagnosis instead of introductions. We figure out on the call whether a Scan or a Sprint fits, or whether it's too early for either.

If it fits, we agree scope and the fixed price is confirmed in writing before anything starts.

Questions we actually get

How is the hours-saved measure defined?
Before a Sprint starts, we write down the specific workflow steps being automated and estimate current manual hours per week on those steps, based on your own numbers. After handover, hours saved is the difference between that baseline and the time the workflow now takes with the automation running. It's in the agreement in writing, not a verbal promise.
What systems do you work with?
Priority, SAP B1, חשבשבת, iCount, HubSpot, monday, and WhatsApp, among others. If your stack includes something else, say so on the call. Most of this work is connecting systems that already exist, not replacing them.
Who actually does the work?
I do. No handoff to a junior team or an offshore queue. The person who scopes the call is the person building the automation.
What happens if it breaks after handover?
During a Sprint or Partner engagement, fixes to what was built are covered. Under Operations Partner, ongoing monitoring is part of the monthly scope. For a standalone Scan with no follow-on Partner or Sprint, break-fix work is quoted separately. Say so on the call if that matters to you and we'll set expectations up front.
Do these prices include VAT?
Prices are quoted as stated; VAT is added per local law where applicable. Ask on the call if you need the exact breakdown for your invoice.
Can we start directly with the Operations Partner retainer?
No. The Scan comes first. It's how we both find out if there's a real automation to build before committing to a monthly retainer. Skipping it means guessing at scope, which is exactly the problem fixed pricing is meant to avoid.
